Grinch Christmas Countdown Wall Hanging

Hi Guys!! I hope that December has been treating you all well. Today, I am going to show you how I made a Countdown to Christmas Grinch Wall Hanging. I am making this for my nephew who is almost 6 years old and is getting very impatient waiting on Christmas and Santa Claus. Below are the steps I used along with a few photos and a final picture of the completed wall hanging. I DID NOT come up with this idea on my own, I found the picture on Pinterest and went from there. I used a 10" x 10" wood panel from Plaid Crafts and painted the whole board with an Antique White Acrylic Paint. I did not sand or apply gesso to the wood panel, I went straight in with the paint. Once that was dry I applied two coats of Mod Podge Mega Glitter in Hologram to give the background some pizzazz! I lightly drew the picture and words in pencil once it was dry and started painting the Grinch hand using Folkart Kelly Green Acrylic Paint. His sleeves were painted with Folkart Apple Red Acryl...
